Still no response from Standard Bank

Money was taken from my account, illegally, and used to buy plane tickets. Reported this to the department. I have "received" back 2 of the amounts, the third still outstanding, NO explanation as to what is going on. I have a new checking card, but unable to use it, therefore I have NO access to my account. Have been complaining for two weeks, with no clear, comprehensive explanation from the bank. This matter was dealt with very unprofessionally and pathetically by the bank.
I DEMAND the following:
1. A comprehensive and exact explanation of: what happened? how it happened? what the bank is doing about it? what is going on with my account?
2. A sincere apology from the bank for allowing MY money to be.
3. An explanation and apology for the exceptionally poor manner this entire garbagedump of a situation has been handled.
4. And ultimately, I would like MY money back.
I have complained to many people, I have sent many e-mails, I have spent many hours on this issue. I am not amused.
I am in the process of taking this matter up with the Banking Ombudsman.
Remember - you are the caretakers of MY money! Live up to that standard - Standard Bank! Please!
