Service fee on dormant account

Nedbank are insisting that our domestic worker goes to a Nedbank branch to settle a fee of R9.95 that has been levied against her dormant account. We find this ridiculous but in an effort to save her the cost and time of going to a branch we offered to pay the amount by EFT. This is however not possible according to Nedbank (seriously!)

I would appreciate it if these fees can be written off and the account closed.
