I'M DISABLED & OUTSURANCE DOES ME OUT OF MONEY

Despite repeated calls & emails over years & years, Outsurance still has not removed the Houseowners premium on my Policy, and have still not reimbursed me for same. I am a disabled person on top of it, with less income than others. I have sent to them a final email of demand, and placed them on terms, where should they fail to remove the Household premium and reimburse me in full for same (over the years) by midnight on 29 November, 2013, I shall be taking the widest, deepest and lengthiest media, institutional, legal & other (ombudsman) actions against them until I am fully satisfied, and where my emails over the years, plus my policy document, shall be forwarded to the media and all other relevant parties.
