Poor service, again, again, again and again

Hi.
Opened a Business account, which was in with two approving signatures (EFT, visit no 1, 2 hrs later). Visit two - went in to the branch to change this to one electronic approval, did all the forms etc. Was issued the number and card and a further 2 hrs or so. Visit 3, the card and number did not work, back in, long story about some coding that needs to change, bla bla bla. 2 hrs later again, fill in more forms etc. This is now 2 people for 6 hours or so, travel etc. Any case that should have sorted it - low and behold - not working, this is with a senior branch person. Go back yesterday, on my own because we signed signing authority over during the 3 rd visit, bla bla bla, some stuff on their side, any case must fill in more forms and in 48 hrs all will be well, i must come back for the 5 th time for another card and secret pin. So i say OK, i come Saturday, get back in the waiting list see the same person etc, another 2 or 3 hours waiting etc. So this morning - i get phoned, no no, we must both come in again morning to fill in this same form again that we filled in during the 3 rd visit. Well i tell you what - you can close the account - your service stinks, of to standard bank
