Card still blockek & NO one want to close the card

About 5 weeks ago i laid a complaint about my card that is blocked, apparentley virgin money didint have my proof af adress and diceded to blocke the card, BUT I HAVE SENT MY PROOF OF ADRESSE WITH THE COURIER WHO DELIVERD THE CARD, it was an afidaved from the police, which i by the way phoned virgin money about and they said it was fine, now all of a sudden its not suficient, then apperantley they would send someone to do an onsite visit on where i stay, someone showed up and KNEW NOTHING ON HOW TO DO IT and asked me to fill in a form and sign a form, which was CLEARY STATED THE PERSON DOINGE THE SITE VISIT MUST FILL IN, he coudnte even fill in the form, he left after thes site visit, he never came any futher then front door, and still today by card is not usable, i phoned to close the account and they told me sorry we cant the card is blocked, tis is UNEXCEPTABLE sort it out
