Incompetency and bad service

I was pre authorized to give birth and Life hospital and I was assured the medical aid will cover all cost. I gave birth on the 2nd of august 2013 and up until today the gynecologist who delivered the baby his account has not been paid. Seemingly the staff don't know their work including management because they come up with different excuses everyday or there are no systems in place I don't know. Firstly i was told they didn't receive the doctor's bill of which i sent immediately, then when the doctor followed up she was told they were supposed to submit a certain form with bank details of the lady working for the doctor submitted immediately, now she was told they cant pay the bill, they can only pay R500... imagine 10 % of the bill and yet I was told everything will be paid? I am very disappointed with the service and come to think I had already referred 2 people to join this policy and I get this kind of treatment? The sad part the doctor is threatening to go via legal route.
