I joined this Medical insurance thinking it would be the best move from the medical aid I was on, seems I was wrong, I have moved from bad to worse, firstly I have not received my welcome pack, secondly, I been calling their call centre from from August, requesting to nominate a doctor as my doctor is not on their list of GP's they have, I was told to nominate I did as I was advised and nominated my GP. Till today I have not yet received any feedback from this company no proper communication, and my account has been debited from august the 25th till recently and I have to idea what am covered for, I don't know which doctor to go to and what my benefits are I have not received their policy documents and I AM NOT CERTAIN OF THEIR T's and C's as i haven't received my policy working and schedule I am very disappointed to think I recommended Essential med to a lot of people.
