Someone called my wife trying to sell her a product for house insurance. My wife gave all her details but she never agreed to it as they were supposed to call her back to confirm whether she would like to take out the policy or not. The policy has been active without our consent and they have been deducting money for the past 3 months. We spoke to a lady called Candice in the finance department who said she was going to listen to the recording and get back to us which she never ever did. My wife gave her details but they are deducting it from my account. I will never recommend anyone to outsurance as the client service is so poor and they never get back to you on anything. It is unacceptable that I have to pay for a policy that I never consented to and I am a pensioner.
