Outsurance
Still waiting for my call back 3 months now!

I called outsurance in September to change banking details. I gave the new details and was told I would get a call back to confirm as a supervisor wasn't available... it's 3 months later and no one bothered calling me back plus no funds have been going off the new account details given. So I'm assuming I'm not covered which makes me mad since outsurance advertises for even non outsurance clients to put their service to the test when they not even helping their clients they have already! Unbelievable! Wonder how long it will take for someone to assist me now? I might not be a big client but I want to pay, if you don't want my money, tell me so I can find an insurance company that actually gives a!
