Cancel my policy and still take money

My wife called outsurance on the 7th of Jan to cancel my policy as we sold our vehicle and we requested a quote for our new vehicle which by the way is more expensive than discovery.the person my wife dealt with did not cancel as we requested and outsurance still continue taking money from me... i would like my premium for Jan as well as Feb transferred back to me, as well as 400 for not beating my new premium with discovery
