I lost my cellphone over the weekend and i had insurance for it. A claim was logged on Sunday the 25 Nov 2013 however i received a call advice that my claim was approved and when i go to the store where i bought the phone to choose the cellphone of my choice i don't want the similar phone anymore they have the nerve to tell me that i cant do that but on the contract it clearly states that i can choose a different fone as long as it is of the same value. The cellphone that i want i am told its superior to the one i have and how can that be if they have they have the same price doesn't make sense. i want the service i have been paying for. When you take a cellphone contract no one explains to you this things and the consultants cannot explain what they talking about. when i called the call centre this morning no one could assist me and the only thing the consulted did was to send me policy wording. I also requested a contact number for the compliance officer of which i was denied. I feel i am forced to take a product that i dont want.
