MISLEADING INFO and BAD ADVICE Outsurance

I was given misleading info by one of OUTSURANCE consultants. Reported the matter on the 28Th Dec 2013 at OUTSURANCE. I was sent from PILLAR to POST ALL promising to come back to me and NONE did. On the 6th Jan 2014 I received an SMS informing me that my policy remains active.

On the 11 Jan 2014 was involved in an ACCIDENT. Reported the matter to the Police got AR number. Forwarded the information to OUTSURANCE. I spoke to Tracy Naidoo at Outsurance.

I then got an SMS informing me that my policy is CANCELLED. I then called OUTSURANCE was refered to Tracy's Boss Siphiwe Hlatswayo after several engagements with him, he said he will refer the matter to Client Care Manager Mr Tshepo Moeng. I waited for days until I called them again.

I got hold of Tshepo, had to explain my story AGAIN to him, he promised to come back to me, the same day, like many others before him, HE NEVER DID!

I then called again was informed that he is not at work. I called again the following day managed to get hold of him. We talked and agreed that he will listen to the ADVICE I WAS GIVEN and he will come back to me. Up to NOW he hasn't come back to me.

IS IT A POLICY OF OUTSURANCE TO MISLEAD CLIENTS?
