Outsurance
Outsurance fails to pay up after years of waiting

After an OUTSURANCE client smashed into the back of my wife's car, Outsurance came back to us, saying that their client chose the lesser of two evils, smashing into my wife's car, as their client (whom we know, as this is a small town) THOUGHT pedestrians were about to cross the road, so rather than go around my wife's stationary vehicle, waiting to turn right, she slammed brakes, and smashed into the left back of the car.
We are not insured, and this is EXACTLY why I feel Outsurance is taking this chance. It's just too easy to bully the little guy.
They had a little whipper snapper lawyer call my wife, with a disgustingly arrogant tone, to tell her they were not paying, as their client may have hit a pedestrian, had she not hit my wife.
Sound logic? I think not.
Their client was in the wrong. FULL STOP.
We've waited years, we can wait some more.
Even their own client requested that Outsurance pay for the repair, but they refused?!
