Changing the goalpost

I submitted the hospital plan claim documents in September 2013 as stated on the company website. Now they have changed the goal post and come up with different requirements as per another website of theirs and further want confidential doctor patient information going 5 years back. I am so fed up with having to fight with Clientele I am glad to be leaving them as a result of this incident.
