I am feed up with FNB's intentional mistakes and they always cost me money. I have lost trust on FNB and confidence. In September 2013, I requested FNB to more the debit order date in respect of my funeral via FNB online (support no: 8449725) to the 27th of every month, as from October. Then on 8 October 2013, I received a communication, from [Email Removed] " Please be advised that we have forwarded your email to FNB Life for further assistance, they will be in contact with you shortly. But I haven't received any contact and that amendment wasn't actioned. For this month I left R255, into my account for cell-c to debit it on 25th. Now FNB has debited my account and I have a minus balance in my account. I even receive a message from FNB, Your FNB cheque account is overdrawn. Kindly make a deposit to avoid items being dishonoured. That is, I want my that you will charge me as the interest fees, I want my refund.
