Disgusted being clients for 25 yrs I am appalled at how they have treated us. Firstly I have complained about this previously and it just falls on deaf ears. I actually contacted the CEO of Ned direct and he seemed quite un perturbed and felt that this was ok to treat clients in this manner. Firstly years ago when we started off with Ned we lost a huge investment with Crusader Life which Ned financial adviser recommended us to invest with, big comm for her! Her actual words were that this investment was as safe as Ned going under, 6 months later R 200 000-00 was lost!!! We, in our stupidity continued banking with Ned. Then our business went into liquidation and we never caused any losses to Ned but did still owe on Cr cards and cheq acc which we are paying monthly. Yet they still hand you over to attorneys even if you have a payment arrangement. We were behind by R 80 000 on a R3.5 mil house and Ned refused to restructure our bond!!! We were then forced due to Ned to sell and then they demanded money on another separate bond where my sister owed half the debt and took it off the sale of our house or threatened to cancel the sale if we didn't agree!! I hate Nedbank!!!
