Paid up loan and debit order went off my account

Good day

I have paid up my personal loan with FNB on the 26 September 2013 and the next day 27 September 2013 my account was debited with the full amount due. I have requested for the money to be reveresed on 09 October 2013, todate no money has been refunded and i have been sending Emma Horniet e mails and she responds that it will be deposited into my account in 24 Hours as it is a FNB account. Todate i have not received my money. Could you kindly look into the matter as this is really frustrating. There is not customer service at all. Her email address is [Email Removed]
