I called in to the callcenter, was already agitated by the fact that i cannot access the option to reset the online banking profile. i spoke to Simphiwe who was friendly, calming and also went the extra mile. he gave me options and put me at ease about what is going on. i could feel the slogan "How can we help you" he certainly radiates your branding, you must treasure him because he certainly made my day.
