No resluts from FNB Home loans

I have a made a request to Simphiwe Gubevu at FNB Home Loans requesting my tax certificate for my bonds I have with FNB on 24/06/2013. I was informed by her that I would receive statements within 24 hours / 48 hours. Its 48 hours later and I have not received any statements from FNB. I have lodge a complaint on their website and also received no response from them. I then called the FNB Home Loan Section Call Centre requesting to speak to Simphiwe but with no results. I have also spoken to Prudence and her Supervisor requesting to speak to Simphiwe Supervisor. After twenty minutes online I manage to get hold of Elizabeth who is the supervisor of Simphiwe and assisted me with the required information. I do not understand why is it taking FNB two days to forward me tax certificates of my properties since FNB is the leading Bank in the Banking Industry. FNB was very quick when they forward me my information to SARS and only notify my about it via sms. Why can't they do the same with our tax certificates? A response from FNB is appreciated
