I received a letter via reg mail today from std bank. I want to dispute the payment of an account i have not used since 2008 and call the number on the letter which is 0861 498 468 which is personal or business lending. They say I am at the wrong dept..hello, I called the number on your letter, they transfer me and I get "the number I have dialed does not exist".can someone from std bank please call me regarding this letter. It shows its about my current account no: 022753478. Ever so effecient.
