At the start of January 2013 I cancelled my policy with my Mi Way as I moved to a competitor, I was told that I would get a refund of my premiums in 1 week on Saturday 05/01/2013 by Telisha, 2 weeks later, no refund received! I then emailed [Email Removed] on Sunday 20/01/2013 querying why I had not received the refund, 2 days later an agent called me back advising that the refund was done but only after I took the initiative. Now, on the 28/01/2013 I was incorrectly debited an amount of R80.54, I then had to call them at around 17:30 on 29/01/2013, held on for 8 mins to get to an agent, who was Katlego/Katleho, she advised me that she will get someone to call me back tomorrow (30/01/2013) to action the refund, now at 20:30, guess what, nobody has phoned me back!

I hope this gets the attention of a senior manager who can get me my refund and address this pathetic service I have received, . Mi Way had no right to debit me as my policy had been CANCELLED almost a month earlier.

Very dissatisfied.
