Im very dissapointed with 1Life's service

Ive been with 1Life for years now, and I was so happy with them that i even referred my husband to them. The called him, offered him a policy and asked him to do some test of which he never did. But they started to debit his account on the 27/02/2013. He called and cancelled the policy and they requested something in writing of which he did. He even phoned to confirm if they received it and they said yes and that they will refund him.

Now while waiting for his refund again yesterday 27/03/2013 his account was debited. He called this morning and spoke to someone by the name of Ricardo who confirmed that the policy was cancelled and that he will be getting his refund within 8 days. My question is why debit the account when the policy is cancelled. He is been waiting for his refund for more than a month now, how long is he going to wait for the second one. I'm now starting to doubt whether i made the right choice with 1Life. I really feel bad because I'm the one who referred him in the first place. I'm very disappointed with the service that my husband is getting from them.
