Sibongile is the best, most helpful person i know!

I needed to make a claim and also remove some insured items. Sibongile was very helpful and led me patiently through all the relevant processes. Kholeka before her had been just as helpful. These ladies make calling the insurance a pleasant experience considering that one seldom wants to have anything to do with insurance because it usually means there's been a problem. They made sure that I fully understood each and every step of the way. It was a pleasure conversing with these ladies, especially Sibongile.
