I would like to commend the service and treatment I have received from Sibongile Twala. I did not realise that I am paying an extra cover with westbank the finance institution for the vehicle cover. Sibongile confirmed that the vehicle is covered comprehensively with MIway and she emailed the proof immediately. I will be receiving the return payments from Westbank.

I was impressed the manner in which Sibongile handled my call, it was Great and Awesome. She kept me engaged in the call while she was preparing the document. Another customer centric service from Miway.
