I received a value added service call from Sibongile. Initially I was not really interested but she sold her product exceptionally well - selling the benefits of the VAS with her super friendly, bubbliness. She was extremely knowledgeable of her product and was efficient during the process - wasting no time in getting to the point of the call. I even get my insurance company to deliver my new license disk FOR FREE!
