No response to 3rd party claim

On the 10/10/2013 I was bumped into by Mutual and federals client. All the supporting documents have been supplied to them and they confirmed receipt of this on 9th November 2013 claim number C104494. On numerous occasion I have tried to call and the lines are constantly engaged. I have also emailed asking for a response but to date, no response. My vehicle bonnet cannot open and this posses a hazard to me and they are showing no regard to sorting this matter out. I do understand that everything has due process but to wait this long is ridiculous.
