Wow! I just have to say, I cant believe you allow such to be part of your company!. The way Sibongile on 011 785 0123 speaks to cusotmers IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I was calling with a complaint in the 1st place!!! now i have 2!!!

I needed my contract cancelled and my number moved back to Vodacom!! ITS NOT ROCEKT SCIENCE SO WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG!!!
