I have been a customer of Nedbank for many years, however I am appalled by the poor service offered, if I can even call it that.

I bought my car through Nedbank in March 1997 and settled the debt 54 months later. On the 6/9/2013 the car was and the insurance company requested that I deregister the vehicle and also submit the registration papers which I did... To my amazement. I was told by the municipality that the bank is the registered owner and has the original documents..
I visited the Canal Walk branch on the 20/9/2013, requested whatever was required and got a ref no 64882649 and was promised receipt of documents within 1 week.
After no word from them by the 1/10/2013 I went and enquired again and was told they can't find the original papers but they will make up new ones..
Today 15/10/2013 I still don't have the documents..After many phone calls to their call centre, someone else called to say I'll get the docs in the next few days.
This is the 4th week since my inquiry and this is something that would normally take 3-5 days to settle!!

NEDBANK I AM SO, SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
