Given a personal loan with out my knowledge

A few months back a consultant from Real People called me 2offer me a cellphone contract. I was busy driving at the time of the call which I explained to the consultant, she then replied "this won't take long, let me quickly explain". She offered me a cellphone contract which I will be paying R460pm for 2yrs and ill receive R50 airtym every month. My mistak, I tot wit de amount I'm payin it wil be a top of the range phone, never the less the phone or contract as a whole is over-priced by far, and I mean 4times more. Being that as is may, I was shocked as my bank statement reflected that, I have a "PERSONAL- LOAN" with Real People. To make matters worse, the airtime I was promised, I only received it for the 1st month only. I do not get any statement/correspondence from them wht so eva. As I mentioned in the beginning "my mistak", I did not google the phone I was offered, however as I google it, the phone is worth R1900cash, and vodacom offers the same phone on contract for R140pm wit R100 airtym. I'm paying Real People R460pm wit R50 airtym which I only received once. I'm 6/7 months into dis I dnt even knw wht 2call it personal loan/cellphone contact. Any1 pls hlp wht 2do?
