Unfair Listing for so called Cell phone contract

Dear Sir/Madam

Real people have apparently listed my name with the Credit Berue for a cellphone contract I know nothing of. They have debited my account and now I cannot apply for credit because of the listing.

I have send them a copy of my id to verify that I never applied for any contract with them.

Please sort this mess out because it is destroying me.
