I took out a cellphone contract with real-people (MTN) - Blackberry. Firstly, The handset was faulty so I returned it to the branch where I bought it. The consultant that received my phone at Randburg said that the handset would be returned to me in approximately 3weeks. We are in week (6) and i called in today and spoke to Lungelwa Sandlane who confirmed that it still has not been booked in and she would ensure that this is done and that was the same thing I was told by another agent last week. My concern is that I bought the handset as I need to use it and the truth is I am now paying for a handset I do not have. I am supposed to have faith in the people I deal with, how do I do that when my service provider keeps deceiving me. All I am asking for is to have my handset back in working order alternatively terminate the contract as I am not getting any joy out of it.
