I ordered a product from Ucount on 07 November 2013 and I have not received the product to date. I contacted the call centre 4 times and were told that they escalated the query and someone will contact me, but I am still waiting for someone to contact me since 22 November 2013. It seems that nobody can assist with tracking my delivery or that the product was lost by the courier company.
