I joined Standard in October 2013, applied for a Ucount card as well as the rewars seemed nice, well since signing up for the product I never received a card and logged my bitterness to Twitter, weher since logging my complaints I received a few calls and promises that I would be refunded the card fee, to date I must admitt that your serive is shocking and of a dont care attitude as the consultnats all call and carry on as if they are doing you a favour. To date I never got any feedback on when the refund would happen and NOT a signel soul response to my twitter complains any more am I blacklisted due to reporting your BAD SERVICE UCOUNT??? would like my refund with interest as you taking very long- will contact OMBUDMAN for banking with two working days if i dont get feedback.
