UTTER CHAOS, SHOCKING SERVICE

I am totally shocked at the service provided by the ucount online mall.
I ordered a product on the 5th of October, and on the ucount site, delivery is guaranteed within 10 working days.
I was contacted on the 11th October by a Meagan Reynolds who informed me that there was an error on their side, and I need to send in a proof of payment, which I immediately did.
By the 16th of October I had to contact Ucount customer service as nothing had been done, where suddenly my order was processed, and promised to be delivered ASAP as I had already been waiting for almost 2 weeks.
I contacted customer service today (26th October), as I had not received the email with my tracking details, only to be informed that the email they are using for me is one that has been disconnected a DECADE ago, and one that I definitely did not register with. My order was only dispatched on the 21st of October and I was told that I will have to wait another 10 working days. I have still NOT received my tracking email, don't know where my product is, and have to wait over 30 working days. GOODBYE STANDARD BANK... I AM GOING TO A BANK WITH SERVICE
