Proof of Payment / Confirmation Lette

Hi am really unhappy with your service, last week I requested a proof of payment or a letter that confirm that you consilidated my account with Real People, I received FNB reference Number 375438 and I tried several times to call 087 575 9408 and the number has useless auto attendant that doesn't help. CAN FNB call me regarding this as I am getting SMS's from Real people enquiring about their payment, PLEASE ADVISE and STOP sending useless SMS's as they don't help. Today i was transfered to 011 371 6012 for Debt collection department and no one answered the phone.
