Please update my payment

I paid my account on the 31/12/2012 till today they have not updated or acknowledged my payment, for almost two weeks i have been contacting their call centre to try and resolve the matter, everytime i speak to a different person, who then ask for the proof of payment, i have sent that proof of payment about five times now bt nothing has been done. please assist
