I wrote a complain two weeks ago about standard bank not answering my call that was solved and they promised to send the plumbers to exchange the gyser but the worst thing happen the plumbers came to my house and i was on my way out i left them with the maid .first of all they didnt have tools i have to borrow them my tools and secondly i they found the gyser working i was leaking and thats the reason why they have to exchange the gyser as it still under warranty but they didnt, they took it back and thirdly they pour water all over my dining room wall and bedroom now my have running stains, fourtly they claim that something is missing inside the gyser that is why they dont exchange it but the gyser was fixed by standard bank for the first time can some solve this issue as we stayed the whole weekend hot water just imagine they found the gyser working and they left it not working and i called the guy from FRANKE by the name of Marcus then he told us that he trust his guys i asked him how sure are we that something is missing as the gyser was working the whole year.please can someone attend to this matter ASAP as im struggling without hot wate
