They refused to refund me

I bought a pressure valve for my gyser in saturday... when i got home to try and install it u found out it wasnt the same as the old one... took it back and sibongile gave me a hard time she told me she cant refund me because the valve looks used i told her i never used it why would i return a used thing she goes in to tell me that some parts are missing but it was never used hiw is it the parts are missing it was never used... she then brings in a different brand to show me how its supposed to look like... i want my money back because i never used it... surprisingly a guy behind me came back to return a broken glass the helped him why is this different from my situation... she was very rude and made me look stupid in a room filled with people...
