My gyser burst in the early hours of the morning. Water was pouring down from the ceiling and through the lights. I called the insurance after running outside to turn off the water. The agent who took the call first advised me to turn off the gyser before he kindly took the details of the claim. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. He organized the plumbers immediately. I was amazed at how quickly they came to check on and change the gyser, considering it was a Sunday morning. I received a follow-up call the same morning to ensure that the gyser had been attended to. I was advised to lodge the clam for the associated damage the next morning.

The next morning I called as I had been advised, the insurance organized the builders and the carpet installers. The way in which the whole claim was handled was so efficient; I couldn't ask for a better insurance. My home is back to looking good again as if the whole nightmare never happened. Thank you; keep up the excellent service.
