I have been trying very hard to get in touch with the FNB Credit Card Service.. I have been trying without joy since 18 April - I receive a read receipt and automated reply "Thank you for your email. We acknowledge receipt of your communication and advise that it is receiving our attention and we will be in contact with you shortly." and that is where it all stops.. 6 TIMES ALREADY

I cant get assistance at a branch as I have been advised the account is handed over - which i know - HENCE i need back statements.

I am in the worst divorce case and I need to provide proof of all my purchases and call all the stores and request copy invoices as my ex is refusing to give me anything - which includes my filing system with the copies i need

we are in the final stages of preparing for court and i desperately require copies or my credit card statement from December 2005 up to and including December 2010.

i have had assistance from all the other banks but for some reason the one where i have the most proof with refuses to even acknowledge me..

My advocate at Legal Aid say if no joy is received this week she will request a court order with costs to FNB.

PLEASE HELP ME!
