Decided when to debit my account

I have a personal loan with Nedbank where I signed a debit order form for the 1st of every month. They decided to take the money at any day wether I have reserved the money or not. I queried this and Jason send me every relevant document that I signed BUT NOT THE DEBIT ORDER FORM.I get paid late in the month, which means they will raid my account early and take whatever is in there, whether it was money for my kid schooling or for my petrol.

The fact that I have a loan does not make me irresponsible, just take your money on the 1st as agreed and stop inconviniencing your clients.
