Loyalty fees from Credit Card

I asked Std Bank, what loyalty fees went of my credit card. A lady just contacted me and told me it is the service fee - then I told her, but I can see the service fee, but there is another deduction, that says loyalty fees. Then the lady contacted me back again and said that it is something to to with British Airways point or I have the U-Rewards. Then I told her but I am not on U-Rewards, because I am not interested in it and I never entered in an agreement for British Airways awards... Please, can Standard Bank reverse the Loyalty amount - I never signed for anything like this??? I just put the phone down in the lady's ear, because she is not sure herself what it is fo
