I cant wait to change the bank, I bought electrity on standard bank cell phone banking but never received a voucher when I called them they told me about 5days turn arround time imagine paying for electricity but have to stay 5days in the dark whats that, I spoke to the supervisor and he was not able to resolve the issue some supervisors makes me wonder *thinking deeply*, and this is not happening for the first time their system is a disaster yet they always encourage us to register online because they want to chow owu money I am so dissappointed with Standard bank after so long they are failing to manage their system, imagine if you were buying electricity with your last rand in your bank your will have to stay for freaken 5days waiting for them to escalate the complaint as if there is a lot of work to be done, standard bank must look at their system because people are loosing their money and its not funny anymore, come on guys just to locate the voucher can take 5days oh no that is called incompetence of workers, I am a customer and I need to be happy with my money so please always remember that you have competitors out there, its so inconveniencing to wait for an update for yea
