On the 2nd of June 2013, I attempted to purchase prepaid electricity via Standard Bank's Cellphone Banking(*120*2345#). The money was deducted from my Cheque account, but my electricity purchase could not be processed due to a non-Standard Bank technical error.
So why was my money taken by Standard Bank if it's a non-Standard Bank Error, and where's my electricity?
