Old Mutual
Money not paid out

I recently decided to move my funds from Old Mutual and let a financial adviser invest it for me. Investec contacted you, on behalf of myself, on 29 October to have the funds paid out to them. To date nothing has happened! Why does it take Old Mutual more than 3 weeks to have my fund paid out? Real bad customer service Old Mutual!!!
