Still waiting for the AVBOB policy to pay

I had a policy with AVBOB funeral parlour for my mother's burrial. When my mother passed on they never paid, but told me to wait. What annoise me is that they also deducted on my account even though my mother is no more. My name is PN Mgenge. Please help
