Private Security Provident Fund

Hi!

On the 29/11/2012 i applied put an claim in for the withdrawal of my provident fund money at the branch office in Cape Town and to this date 14/02/2013 i didn't hear anything about my claim. On Wednesday 13/ February 2013 i phoned the branch office but they couldn't tell me when my claim will be paid out..

The day i went to put in my claim, the consultant told me i'll get an Sms to confirm my claim but to this day nothing, she also told me the claim will be paid in 10 weeks and i'm still waiting

Please assist me with this situation
