Warenties once of paid not re-imbursed

This type of warranty what they sell with second hand cars I requested when I sold the car as it is a once of billing I pay for the two years on each vehicle that the term remaining should be paid back to me all paper work completed and mailed and co faxed none of this happened this were for my SsangYong Stavic BMW320d ford territory, Mazda b2600, Toyota Tazz Nissan Sani, bmwX3 bmwx5and ford ranger. These people want to sel me new policy's but they are my money they do not want to return this money as per recorded discussion and their policy underwriting, they can quickly phone me for some more amendments but never to sort out my grievance
