I was stuck in the hail storm in the east rand area a week ago. My car was badly damaged. The next day i called outsurance - (I have never claimed before) knowing other insurance companies - i was ready for a battle - under the assumption that they would look for a reason not to pay a claim. But to my surprise - i was directed to the claims department - without speaking to a voice promt, without having to explain my incident to 200 different people. Reached the claims department - i was assisted by Teddy. a couple of minutes on the phone and i received an email from outsurance, directing me to a facility for my car to be assessed. It really is a pleasure when you have direct contact details of the person dealing with your claim - on top of it all, someone that is capable of doing the job - treating you like a valued customer - not just another number. I recommend Outsurance to everyone! they are the best at what they do! They talk the talk - and they walk the walk! Thank u Outsurance.
