I had an accident claim some weeks ago - thankfully, nobody was hurt :-)
The whole claim process was effortless and was dealt with in a very professional manner.
From the claims department to the legal department I was advised and kept up to date on the progress.
I would not have known where to start if I needed to do it all myself.
The accident was not our fault and OUTsurance claimed against the other parties insurance on our behalf.
We were refunded our excess and really appreciate the effort made by Conraad Jonas.
Thank you to the whole OUTsurance team that assisted with my claim :-)
I would definitely promote OUTsurance to anyone who asks.
